We are now recruiting for the 2024 season.

Whitlingham Adventure offers a wide range of activities on water and land, to young people, adults, families and to local communities.  The following roles are available to apply via the Norfolk County Council website

Assistant Activity Instructor (AAI)

Activity Instructor (AI)

Lead Outdoor Learning Leader (LOLI)

 

Detailed role job descriptions and person specifications can be found on each of the application pages linked above.

Interview content and questions differ for the three roles. If unsuccessful with application/interview for a higher role (AI/LOLI) you may be offered a lower role (AAI/AI), however a higher role cannot be offered if not interviewed at that level.
